Below you will find our order and shop policies. VCAL Market Privacy Policy

What we collect and why

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. We will specifically collect personally identifiable information when appropriate (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including only which campus you will be collecting the order from and how much you will be paying), feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile. We only do this in order to ensure you get your product and only you (so that there aren’t any mix ups or so that no one else can claim your much loved new purchase)

When it will be collected and specifics

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.


Our rights and yours

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. 


Withdrawing your consent

If you would like to: access, correct, amend or delete any personal information we have about you, you are invited to contact us at or call us on 51441711.


  1. I'm Paying By Card: All orders will be fulfilled after payment is received. Please allow at least 3 business days for your payments to process, particularly if ordering multiple items. Once your payment has been received you will be able to pick up your order from the Mac campus. 

  2. I'm Paying With Cash: You may pay with cash upon collection or while browsing our physical shop location if you find something else that you like in our display. If you want to reserve an item or ask for one to be made for you if it is out of stock and you are paying with cash, please call ahead and ask to speak to Jaynee Bristow. Your order will still be fulfilled to the best of our ability.

  3. I'm Paying for Something But I Don't Know How Yet: You can pay by cash at our store set up at the Mac Campus workshop or by card at the front office on the day.

  4. I want to pay via bank transfer: You can pay by bank transfer using the following details

All orders will be fulfilled to the best of our ability and we hope that you're happy with your purchase. Once you receive your order number or receipt if paying online bring that with you for collection of your order as well as some photo ID so we know it's you and it matches your receipt order.



  1. Cash Collection: bring photo ID and receipt, collect from workshop, may also require payment if receipt is unavailable

  2. Card Collection: bring photo ID and receipt, collect from workshop

  3. Contact-less Pick Up: can be arranged and is encouraged. Please call us and we can arrange a time slot that suits you for pick up and we will ensure that your product is waiting for you at one of our campus' offices for collection. 

There will be no IOU payments or other payment types unfortunately; all orders must be collected by the purchaser unless otherwise organsied. If you are part of the Sale College community and wish for your order to be arranged for pick up at another location or collected at an office at either of our campuses for example, please contact us and we'll try our best to make it happen. 


Doing some early Christmas shopping? want to support local students in your area by purchasing things they have made? bought someone a birthday gift and don't have time to wrap it? If you would like your purchase to be gift wrapped please let us know - we're happy to help. 

All purchases can be gift wrapped upon request - please allow an extra business day at the most for this, staffing and students required. Gift wrapping can be done with a range of materials, we have fabric and wrapping paper available upon request, ribbons also available. Gift wrapping can be done for an additional $5 for small items and $10 for large items, irregular or XL items will be calculated based on size and may need an additional day or two to be wrapped sufficiently. If you require any additional information please don't hesitate to contact us.


If you are not happy with your product, find out it is faulty or doesn't look like any of the images advertised on our website please contact us for a 50% refund. 

  1. General Returns: Products must be returned within 5 business days to receive the refund with your receipt and order number.

  2. Enquiries & Advice: Please contact us if you are not happy with your product or need advice on how it functions or have any other questions so we can try to help as we want you to be happy with your product.

  3. Return to Location of Origin: Please return your product if you are unhappy with it within 5 business days for a 50% refund. All purchases must be returned by the purchaser with receipt/proof of purchase and photo ID to the MacAlister campus

  4. Contact-less Returns: Contactless returns can be organised to be processed via our office. Please call the front office, speak with Jaynee Bristow and organise a time for your product to be returned. All returns must have a receipt/proof of purchase attached or taped to the product and please advise us on to an account that your 50% refund can be deposited into.
